========================== HOW TO GET YOUR STUFF: ========================== * Once your payment has been made you will be able to download 2 high resolution PDF files via email. Please ensure that you leave your email address in the "Notes to seller" box upon checkout. * This file is formatted for paper size 8.5" x 11". If you order from a country other than the US where you use different size A4 paper, you are welcome to request the files for International A4 paper. * Go for it....print as many toppers as you need for your party! * The files you receive are of the highest quality - the quality of the printed items will depend on the printer, ink and paper you use. * My creations are highly detailed. A lot of work and love went into creating it and I want you to have the best end result possible – I therefor suggest that you print the images on good quality card stock or similar quality paper. You are welcome to print the images at home although a print shop/lab will give you the best results. Please note that this is a digital file - no physical items will be shipped. |

PERSONALIZING YOUR ITEMS

Please note that all the items in my shop are in NON editable format. You are welcome to request an edit but please take note of the following:
!!!! ONLY TEXT will be edited by me.
!!!! Should you require items to be in a different color, or any change other than text, these non-text edits will cost USD4 per item added to the original price of the item.
!!!! Please allow 12-24 hours for delivery of proofs (although I normally get it done way quicker than that)!

CUSTOM ITEMS/SETS

I'm happy to create a themed set for you but please note the following:
* Please DO NOT purchase an existing set and then request a custom set as there is a difference in price. Please contact me to place your order.
* A custom full set takes between 48 - 72 hours to be digitally delivered to you.
* Once you approved the final proof of the set, that is the set you will pay for and receive.
* Only types of items contained within my existing sets can be requested for your custom set.
* The price for a custom set is USD30. Please be aware of this before ordering.
* Please contact me for prices on custom individual items.
* Any custom item I create for a client has no exclusivity and may be made available to other customers in my shop. If you do want exclusivity on the set I create for you we can negotiate a price.
